The structure of work
of
UNITÉCNICA
is "Strongly Matricial" and focused on projects.
Each new project, now called PS (service order), achieved
by the company will be assigned to a "Project Manager"
and a team of collaborators and consultants hired specifically
for a particular PS and that will work in a matricial fashion
with the other company collaborators, coordinated by an
"Area Manager".
UNITÉCNICA
has a structure consisting of 3 fixed areas known as "Piping
Area," "Mechanical Area" and "Development
and Training Area"; this set is expandable to seven
areas through the hiring of external collaborators; those
other areas are known as "Process Area","
Electrical Area", "Civic Area" and "Instrumentation
Area".
Currently the company is implementing
the Quality Management System to ensure the competence
to conduct its activities in accordance with the requirements
of NBR ISO 9001:2000.
The mission of UNITÉCNICA
is directly related to the provision of a high quality
service with speed and efficiency, differentiating itself
from other companies due to the personalized service to
customers. The Company intends to present a pleasant environment,
